For the academic year 2025–2026, WBJEEB will administer the OMR-based Common Entrance Examination (WBJEE-2025) to students wishing to enroll in undergraduate engineering, technology, pharmacy, and architecture programs at various universities, government colleges, and self-financing engineering and technological institutes in the State of West Bengal.

The candidate is solely responsible for maintaining the password’s confidentiality, and every precaution must be taken to keep it safe. It is highly advised that the applicant receive an OTP for any activity, such as changing their password. must not be disclosed to anybody. Eligibility Criteria for WBJEE 2025
- The applicant must be an Indian citizen or an OCI (pending competent authority approval).
- In the All-India quota, OCI candidates will only be eligible for unreserved seats.
- It is required of candidates to have either passed the 12th grade (10+2) or its equivalent exam prior to 2025 or to be taking the 2025 exam.

Age Limit for WBJEE 2025
As of 31.12, the lower age limit is 17 (seventeen) years. 2025. The candidate must have been born on 31.12 or earlier. 2008. The maximum age to take the test is not specified. However, as of 31.12, the maximum age requirement for admission to the degree-level Marine Engineering Course is 25 years old. 2025.
Document verification for WBJEE 2025
The candidate’s information serves as the foundation for the issuance of rankcards and admit cards. All verifications are carried out by the designated institution both during and after counseling or admission. It is not appropriate for candidates to assume that the Board has authorized the personal information on their rank card or admission card.
Eligibility for seats or courses may be impacted by inaccurate information or the inability to provide legitimate documentation when the designated institute verifies documents.
Even if a candidate has earned a seat and/or a Merit Rank, their candidature may be canceled if they give inaccurate or misleading information during or after counseling. If an applicant does not fulfill the requirements, rank does not guarantee admission.
Seats for admission WBJEE (Main) 2025
Up to 10% of the authorized seats in all West Bengali self-financed engineering and technology colleges are available to students listed in JEE (Main)-2025. JEE (Main) 2025 merit-listed applicants will also be subject to the eligibility requirements and additional requirements outlined in section 3 for admission to degree-level Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, and Architecture courses.
