Monthly Salary Details for Contractual Junior Technicians

Throughout the duration of their employment, engaged Junior Technicians (Contract) will receive the following monthly remuneration:

  • Basic Pay – A minimum Basic Pay of Rs. 21,000/-
  • Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) as applicable
  • Special Allowance at a rate of 5% of Basic Pay
  • An annual increment of 3% on the Basic Pay will be granted during the tenure, contingent upon the successful completion of the preceding tenure.

HVF Recruitment 2025: Selection Procedure Details

The process for selecting candidates will be conducted in the following manner:

Shortlisting Method:
HVF Ex-Trade Apprentices: Based on Month/Year of passing NAC (within which, NAC marks out of 400) in the respective trades.
Erstwhile OFB Ex-Trade Apprentices: Based on Month/Year of passing NAC (marks out of 400).
Other NTC/NAC Holders: Based on marks obtained in final exam of NTC/NAC.
If both NTC and NAC are held, only NTC marks will be considered.
For non-NAC/NTC/STC holders (only Class 10th with experience):
Shortlisting based on years of relevant experience.
If same years of experience, then Class 10th marks will be considered.
