Monthly Salary Details for Contractual Junior Technicians
Throughout the duration of their employment, engaged Junior Technicians (Contract) will receive the following monthly remuneration:
- Basic Pay – A minimum Basic Pay of Rs. 21,000/-
- Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) as applicable
- Special Allowance at a rate of 5% of Basic Pay
- An annual increment of 3% on the Basic Pay will be granted during the tenure, contingent upon the successful completion of the preceding tenure.
