Verification of Documents for RRB ALP Recruitment 2025
Document Verification (DV) is based on candidates’ performance in Part-A and Part-B of CBT-2, as well as scores in CBAT, with shortlisting equal to the number of vacancies.
In cases of tied scores, merit is determined by age, favoring older candidates.
Appointment is contingent upon passing a Medical Fitness Test and final verification of documents and character.
After the recruitment process, Railway zones/Production units will be allocated based on candidates’ merit, medical standards, and preferences; candidates lose the right to preference in subsequent zones once empanelled.
RRBs reserve the right to utilize candidates lower on the merit list in case of shortfalls or exigencies, but this does not guarantee appointment.
RRBs recommend empanelled candidates to the respective Railway Zones, which issue the actual appointment offers.
