Ahlcon International School Admissions 2026-27: Ahlcon International School, located in Mayur Vihar Phase-I, New Delhi, has released its admission timeline for the academic year 2026–27 for entry-level classes: Pre-School (Bal Vatika-1), KG, and Class I.
In accordance with the directives of the Delhi Directorate of Education (DoE), the complete registration process will take place online, ensuring strict compliance with age requirements, necessary documentation, and a clear point-based selection system.
Admission Age Guidelines for Session 2026-27
An age relaxation of up to 30 days (for both those below and above the specified limits) may be permitted according to DoE regulations. Parents are encouraged to reach out to the school office for any inquiries between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
- Pre-School (Bal Vatika-1) – 3 – 4 years, 1 April 2022 – 31 March 2023

- Aadhaar Cards for Child and Parents (Required)
- Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation)
- Proof of Address: Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card, Electricity/MTNL Bill (in the name of parent or child)
- Sibling Verification (if relevant): School ID along with the latest fee receipt
- Alumni Verification (if relevant): Class XII marksheet or certificate from Ahlcon
- Single Parent Verification: Death certificate or court-issued divorce order
- Caste Certificate (for SC/OBC/ST, if relevant)
- Health and Immunization Record (from an MBBS doctor)
- Passport Photographs: 4 recent color photos each of the child, father, and mother (needed at the time of admission)
Incomplete forms or mismatched documents will lead to rejection. Duplicate applications will not be considered.

- Offline submissions are not permitted for the General Category; only online registrations will be accepted.

Seats in the EWS/DG category will be allocated solely by the Directorate of Education, rather than through the school.
Point-Based Selection Criteria
Admission in the General Category is based on a point system that considers the neighborhood:
- Group A (0 – 3 km) – 45 points
- Group B (3.1 – 6 km) – 35 points
- Group C (6.1 km and above) – 25 points
The school has made available a comprehensive list of localities categorized by group on its website and in the notification. Points may also be granted for:
- Sibling at Ahlcon: Valid ID and latest fee receipt (Sibling/OMV card/I-card) must be submitted.
- Staff Ward: Staff I-Card is required.
- Alumni Parent: Provide Class XII passing certificate or marksheet.
- Single Parent: Legal documents needed — divorce decree with custody details or spouse’s death certificate.
- First Born Child: Affidavit required.
- Girl Child: No documentation needed.
Important: If the claimed criteria cannot be substantiated with documents during the admission process, points will be rescinded.
