अंडमान और निकोबार आरटीई स्कूल प्रवेश 2025-26
Andaman and Nicobar RTE School Admission 2025-26: As long as at least 25% of the students in the entry-level classes (Nursery/Pre-School, KG/Pre-Primary, and class I) are from underprivileged neighborhoods, all schools are required to admit them. Additionally, all schools must offer free and compulsory elementary education until it is finished, with the caveat that if the school offers pre-school instruction, the rules must be followed for admission to that program.
Andaman and Nicobar RTE School Admissions is a critical resource for the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act of 2009, an important national legislation that applies to all States and Union Territories (UTs). This Act requires the government to ensure the availability of free and compulsory primary education for all children aged 6 to 14, with a particular emphasis on local private unaided schools.
