Admission Priorities

Admissions will be considered strictly as per the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) priority list.

• Priority 1: Children of serving Army personnel (including DSC Ex-Army), widows of Army personnel, TA personnel with 5+ years embodied service.
• Priority 2: Children of Ex-Army personnel retired/invalided with pension.
• Priority 3: Children of serving Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard personnel.
• Priority 4: Children of retired Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard personnel.
• Priority 5: Children of Ex-Army personnel with less than 10 years of service and not categorized as ESM.
• Priority 6: Defense civilians, CAPF, MES, GREF, TA (not embodied).
• Priority 7: Grandchildren of serving/retired Army personnel.
• Priority 8: Other civilian children.

Admissions for Balvatika I–III and Class I will be accepted for Priority 1 to 3 until 30 April 2026. After that, admission for Priority 4 to 6 may be allowed based on vacancy. Priority 7 and 8 will be considered only if civilian seats are available. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}

• Balvatika II & III: Admission only for defence personnel on transfer
• Class II–XII: Admission subject to vacancies (for serving defence personnel only)

Online Admission Procedure

Step–I: Online Registration

1. Visit: https://erp.awesindia.edu.in
2. Select Apply for Admission under the Admission bar.
3. Select Location, Zone (Bangalore), and Class → Click Search.
4. Select APS Bangalore → Proceed.
5. Fill the required details and submit.
6. Enter OTP to complete the inquiry.
7. Fill the admission form → Save & Continue.
8. Upload documents → Save & Continue.
9. Verify details → Confirm.
10. Make Payment → Download the submitted form.

Step–II: Document Submission

Submit the hardcopy of the application along with required documents at the APS office between 10:00 am to 1:30 pm (working days) before 31 January 2026.

Admission Test & Interview

Students coming from Non-APS schools must attend the offline admission test. For Balvatika I to Class I, an oral interview will be conducted in English, Hindi & Maths.
