Approval of the Merit List and the List of Admitted Candidates: Upon the conclusion of the admission process, each institution is required to submit a proposal for admission approval to the Competent Authority.
This admission approval proposal must encompass a comprehensive list of all candidates who have been admitted, detailing their quota, type of candidature, reservation status, qualification marks, and other relevant information, along with the necessary documentation for each admitted candidate at the institutional level.
In the event that an unaided minority institution does not admit at least fifty-one percent of its sanctioned intake from individuals belonging to the relevant minority group for three consecutive years, the Competent Authority will notify the Department accordingly.
