EFA Engine Factory Avadi Recruitment 2025: Engine Factory Avadi, a unit of AVNL under the Ministry of Defence, is calling for applications from students holding degrees in Engineering, Diploma, and ITI qualifications. A walk-in interview is scheduled for Saturday, 1st February 2025, at 9 AM. The selection process will adhere to the provisions of the Apprentices Act of 1961. The apprenticeship will last for one year and will provide a stipend across various disciplines and trades for the 2024-25 period.

Ex-ITI Candidates: Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electronic Mechanic, Electrician, Motor Mechanic Vehicle, Computer Operator and Programming Assistant, Draughtsman (Civil), HTO & EP, and 10th grade completed Welder
Selection Process of EFA Apprentice Recruitment 2025
Candidates who meet the specified qualifications for the years 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 are invited to participate in the Walk-in interview and document verification. Please bring all original certificates, including Provisional or Degree/Diploma/ITI, Transfer Certificate, Community Certificate, Aadhar card, along with one set of photocopies, a Passport-sized photograph, a Self-Police verification report, and a Medical Certificate issued by a Government Doctor as per the attached guidelines.
Graduates and Diploma holders must register on the “NATS 2.0” platform, while Ex-ITI candidates should register on the “NAPS” portal to obtain their registration number and login credentials.
Only those candidates who possess a NATS 2.0 or NAPS registration number, a Self-Police verification report, and a Medical Certificate are required to attend the Walk-in interview.
