Fee Structure for the IBPS Hindi Officer Recruitment 2025

Educational Requirements for IBPS Hindi Officer 2025

Candidates must verify that their educational qualifications align with those specified in the advertisement and that they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. IBPS will not accept any equivalent educational qualifications as valid. Degrees obtained through correspondence, distance education, or open university systems are not recognized.

Note:

(1) All educational qualifications listed must be from a University, Institution, or Board that is recognized by the Government of India or approved by Government Regulatory Bodies, and the results must have been declared on or before the deadline for online application submission mentioned above.

(2) A proper document from the Board or University confirming that the result was declared on or before the deadline for online application submission must be submitted during the selection process, including the interview. The date of passing the eligibility examination will be the date indicated on the mark-sheet or provisional certificate issued by the University or Institute. If the result of a specific examination is posted on the University or Institute’s website and a web-based certificate is issued, then an original document or certificate issued and signed by the appropriate authority of the University or Institute, clearly indicating the date of passing, will be accepted for verification and further processing.

(3) Candidates should indicate the percentage obtained in examinations rounded to the nearest two decimal places in the online application. If a CGPA or OGPA is awarded, it should be converted into a percentage and reported in the online application. If selected for further processes, including the interview, candidates must present a certificate from the appropriate authority stating the University’s norms for converting grades into percentages and the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate according to those norms.

(4) Calculation of Percentage: The percentage marks will be determined by dividing the total marks achieved by the candidate across all subjects in all semester(s)/year(s) by the aggregate maximum marks (considering all subjects, regardless of honours / optional / additional optional subjects, if applicable) and then multiplying by 100. This method will also apply to those Universities where Class / Grade is determined solely based on Honours marks. Any fractional percentage calculated will be disregarded; for instance, 59.99% will be considered as less than 60%, and 54.99% will be regarded as less than 55%.

(5) A candidate is permitted to submit only one application. In the event of multiple submissions, only the most recent valid (complete) application will be accepted, and any application fees or intimation charges paid for the multiple registrations will be forfeited. Any instances of multiple attendance or appearances in the Personal Interview will be promptly rejected, resulting in the cancellation of the candidature.

Exam for IBPS Hindi Officer Recruitment 2025

  1. The online examination may only be held at IBPS in Mumbai or at various locations across multiple centers in India, contingent upon the response to the advertisement.
  2. Should the online examination take place solely at IBPS, efforts will be made to finalize the entire selection process within the same day. Nevertheless, it may extend until the end of the day or possibly into the following day, depending on the responses received.
  3. In the event that the online examination is conducted at various centers throughout India, the following stipulations apply.
    (a) No requests for changes in examination centers will be accommodated.
    (b) IBPS retains the right to cancel any examination centers and/or to add additional centers at its discretion, based on the response, administrative feasibility, and other factors.
    (c) IBPS also reserves the authority to assign candidates to any examination center other than the one they selected.
  4. Candidates will attend the online examinations at an Examination Centre/IBPS at their own risk and expense, and IBPS will not be liable for any injuries or losses of any kind.
  5. Any disruptive behavior or misconduct in the examination hall may lead to the cancellation of candidature or disqualification from future examinations conducted by IBPS.

Selection Process in Documents 2025

The following documents, both in original form and self-attested photocopies, must be submitted to support the candidate’s eligibility and identity during the Selection process. Failure to do so may result in the candidate being barred from participating in the process. The non-submission of the required documents at the time of the selection process will disqualify the candidate from further involvement in the recruitment process.

(i) A printout of the valid Call Letter for the selection process, which includes the Interview.

(ii) A valid system-generated printout of the online application form.

(iii) Proof of Date of Birth, which can be a Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Authorities or an SSLC/Std. X Certificate that includes the Date of Birth.

(iv) A Photo Identity Proof.

(v) Mark-sheets or certificates for Graduation or an equivalent qualification, along with proper documentation from the Board/University confirming that the result was declared on or before the last date of online registration.

(vi) Candidates who are employed in Government/quasi-Government offices or Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalised Banks and Financial Institutions) must present a “No Objection Certificate” in original from their employer at the time of the interview. Without this certificate, their candidature will not be considered, and any travel expenses that may be applicable will not be reimbursed.

(vii) Any other relevant documents that support eligibility.

Note:- 1. Candidates will not be permitted to participate in the selection process if they fail to present the relevant eligibility documents as outlined above. 2. Before submitting the online application, candidates should utilize the ‘SAVE AND NEXT’ feature to review the details in the online application form and make any necessary adjustments. No alterations will be accepted after the ‘Complete Registration’ button has been clicked.
  2. Prior to clicking the ‘Complete Registration’ button, candidates are urged to thoroughly check each field completed in the application form.
