Age Relaxation of IBPS PO Recruitment 2025
Age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to various reserved categories as per government norms. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates are eligible for a relaxation of 5 years, while candidates from the Other Backward Classes (OBC) – Non-Creamy Layer are given a relaxation of 3 years. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, as defined under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, are entitled to a relaxation of 10 years. Additionally, Ex-Servicemen, including Commissioned Officers (ECOs/SSCOs) who have rendered at least 5 years of military service and have been released under specific conditions, are eligible for a 5-year relaxation, subject to government guidelines.
Educational Qualifications of IBPS PO Recruitment 2025
A degree (graduation) in any field from a university acknowledged by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. The candidate must hold a valid mark sheet or degree certificate confirming their graduation on the day of registration and must indicate the percentage of marks obtained in graduation during the online registration process.

How to Apply IBPS PO Recruitment 2025
Candidates are permitted to apply exclusively online; no alternative application methods will be accepted. Application Fees/Intimation Charges [Online payment is available from 01.07.2025 to 21.07.2025, both dates included] will be as follows:
- Rs. 175/- (including GST) for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Rs. 850/- (including GST) for all other applicants.
- Candidates will be responsible for any bank transaction fees associated with the online payment of application fees/intimation charges.
Procedure for applying online
(1) Applicants must first visit the official IBPS website at www.ibps.in and navigate to the Home Page to access the link titled “CRP PO/MT”. Subsequently, they should select the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- PROBATIONARY OFFICERS / MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (CRP-PO/MT-XV)” to access the Online Application Form.
(2) Applicants will need to click on “Click Here for NEW REGISTRATION” to initiate their application by providing their basic information in the online application form. Following this, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. It is essential for the applicant to record the Provisional registration number and password. An email and SMS containing the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be dispatched. They can revisit the saved information using the Provisional registration number and password to make any necessary edits.
(3) Applicants are required to upload the following documents:
- Photograph
- Signature
- Left thumb impression
- A handwritten declaration
- Certificate as specified in clause J (ix) (if applicable)
- SSC/ SSLC/ 10th standard or equivalent certificate
- Additionally, applicants will need to capture and upload a live photograph using a webcam or mobile phone during the registration process.
- This must be done in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of documents (Annexure III).
(4) Please be aware that the system will not permit candidates to progress to the next stage of the application until the photographs and signature meet the specified requirements.
(5) Candidates are strongly encouraged to complete the online application themselves, as no modifications to any of the information entered will be allowed or considered. Before submitting the online application, candidates should utilize the “Save & Next” feature to review the details in the application form and make any necessary adjustments. Once the complete registration Button is clicked, no changes will be allowed. Candidates with visual impairments must ensure that the information entered in the online application form is accurately verified and correct before submission, as no alterations can be made after submission.
(6) Digi Locker has been incorporated into the online application process. Candidates may voluntarily grant access to their issued credentials/documents (such as Aadhaar and Educational Qualification Documents) and personal information (including Name, Date of Birth, Gender, etc.) through Digi Locker.
