KV Balvatika 1 & 3 Admission Lottery Results for 2025-26
The next step in the KVS admission process for Balvatika classes 1 and 3 for the academic year 2025-26 involves sending the list of registered candidates, along with their Application Submission Codes, to the respective KV schools. The school principal will oversee the online lottery draw to select candidates across all categories. This Draw of Lots will take place in the presence of the parents of the registered candidates, conducted by a designated committee.
The committee convenor, who is the Principal, will provide a demonstration of the draw to all attendees. Following this, the Lottery Draw button will be activated on a computer linked to the central software lottery system. Once the button is clicked, the list will be randomized, and the button will no longer be visible. The rearranged list will constitute the final selection list.

KVS Balvatika (I and III) Admission Selection List for 2025-26
Following the successful registration of names for Balvatika classes I and III through the online admission portal, the KVS Admission Team will forward the comprehensive list of eligible candidates to the respective KV schools for the academic year 2025-26. This pre-lottery candidates list will include a serial number, application submission code, and the names of candidates organized into three columns.
The list will be uploaded into the online lottery software system, and upon clicking the ‘Lottery Draw‘ button, the entire list will be rearranged into a new format. The shuffled list will display the serial number, application submission code, name, and lottery number. Additionally, a fourth column will be included to indicate the lottery and waiting list numbers, which is of utmost importance. An example will be provided below for clarification.
