5.6.2025: Students who have not completed their online admission registration by June 5, 2025, or have not filled out Part 1 of their admission form, or have only partially completed Part 1 and failed to finalize their application within the designated timeframe, will have the opportunity to fill out Part 1 and Part 2 of the admission form anew at the start of each round. Consequently, these students need not be concerned. They should ensure that they complete and submit their applications in a timely manner for the upcoming round. Additionally, new students will also have the opportunity to submit their applications prior to each round. It is essential to adhere strictly to the admission round schedule.

In Maharashtra, there are three categories of colleges: Boys, Girls, and Co-Education. Junior Colleges are categorized into five types of aid: Government/Local body, Aided, Partially Aided, Unaided, and Self-financed. The mediums of instruction include Marathi, English, Urdu, Hindi, Gujarati, Kannada, and Sindhi. Admissions for the 11th grade occur through two methods: CAP seats, which involve allotment through various rounds, and Quota seats, which include Minority, In-house, and Management categories.
Maha FYJC Centralized Online Admission Process 2025-26
The Maha FYJC Centralized Online Admission Process for the academic year 2025-26 is designed for Std XI and is applicable to all recognized Junior Colleges affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board. Participation in this online admission process is compulsory, as all Higher Secondary admissions will exclusively occur through this method. Admissions for Higher Secondary Schools affiliated with other boards, excluding the Maharashtra State Board, will not be processed through this system. However, students from other boards wishing to enroll in Junior Colleges under the State Board may participate in this process.
The Centralized Admission Process will offer streams in Arts, Commerce, and Science. It is important to note that this online admission process does not apply to the following institutions:
- Night Junior Colleges,
- Military Junior Colleges,
- Special Junior Colleges for Divyanga/Disabled students,
- HSVC,
- Tribal and other department Junior Colleges such as Ashram Schools, and
- Schools and colleges not affiliated with State Boards.
