- Eligibility based solely on valid:
- SC/ST caste certificate, or
- Divyang (disability) certificate with ≥40% disability.
- Annual family income must be ₹1,00,000 or below.
- Applicants from OBC / VJNT / SBC must also belong to the Non-Creamy Layer.
- Required documents:
- Income certificate (≤ ₹1 lakh), and
- Non-Creamy Layer certificate (for OBC/VJNT/SBC).
