Sainik School Admission 2025-26: AISSEE Exam Date, Admit Card, Result, Selection List
AISSEE 2025 results are anticipated to be released at the end of May 2025, while the answer key is expected to be made available around the middle of May 2025.
Sainik School Admission 2025-26 PDF: The initiative to create Sainik Schools was launched in 1961, primarily aimed at equipping cadets academically, physically, and mentally for admission into the National Defence Academy. The key objectives of this initiative include:
- Addressing regional disparities in the officer ranks of the defense services.
- Fostering qualities of body, mind, and character that will prepare today’s young cadets to become responsible and productive citizens in the future.
- Making quality public school education accessible to the general populace.
In 2021, the government approved a plan to establish 100 additional Sainik Schools through partnerships with government entities, private schools, NGOs, and trusts. This initiative aims to cultivate a sense of national spirit, unwavering courage, and a steadfast commitment to the values of respect for both country and society. It also emphasizes the importance of physical fitness and strives to instill national pride within students. To date, the government has sanctioned the establishment of 44 new Sainik Schools, with the academic session already underway in 19 of these institutions.

1 April 2025: A video tutorial on how to complete the OMR sheet has been released by AISSEE NTA.
26 March 2025: The option to download the admit card for the AISSEE 2025 Entrance Examination is now available.
12 March 2025: Advance notification regarding the allocated exam city for AISSEE 2025 has been issued.
3 February 2025: The examination schedule for AISSEE 2025 for Class 6 and Class 9 has been announced.
13 January 2025: The deadline for applications has been extended from January 13, 2025, to January 23, 2025. Additionally, the payment deadline has been revised from January 14, 2025, to January 24, 2025, and the application correction period has been adjusted from January 16-18, 2025, to January 26-28, 2025.
24 December 2024: The National Testing Agency has released the entrance examination details for all Sainik Schools for the academic year 2025-26.
