The West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (WBSCVT) is in charge of West Bengal ITI Admission 2025. Admission to M and E group courses at the state’s ITIs is granted through an annual state-level counseling process. Merit is the basis for admission to WB ITI. West Bengal ITI Admission 2025 is not offered with a separate entrance exam.
Candidates who want to pursue a variety of trades associated with the NCVET under the Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS) can apply for admission to West Bengal ITI.
For pupils who wish to find employment immediately after school, WB ITI provides courses. It consists of ITI courses that cover small company and industrial work. Candidates can be admitted to group E based on their class 8 exam scores, while those in group M are admitted based on their class 10 exam scores.

West Bengal ITI Admission 2025 Application Fee
- The registration fee will be available for candidates to pay online.
- Applicants must use a credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or e-wallet to pay the application cost.
- Candidates must pay an online application fee of Rs. 100 for women and Rs. 200 for men.
West Bengal ITI Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The ITI courses have been split into two groups by the WBSCVT:
- Group “M” exchanges
- Trades in Group “E”
The following are the requirements for admission to West Bengal’s Industrial Training Institutes:
- The applicant must be at least 14 years old.
- The maximum age to apply for these courses is not specified.
- Applicants should have completed their eighth or tenth grade at a state-approved institution in order to be considered for enrollment to these courses. It is not possible for students from other states to participate.
- The candidate needs to have passed Class 10 with at least 35% in order to be eligible for ITI category “M” trades.
- The candidate needs to have passed Class 08 in order to be eligible for ITI group “E” trades.

Domicile | Applicants must have completed Class 8 or 10 at any West Bengali school in order to be considered for admission to the government-run or PPP-run ITI. The government ITI does not admit students from other states. |
